If you need more ports than your current plan allows, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. The upgrade is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.

Yes, as long as you only share your proxy address with users. Your real IP is stored securely in our system and is never exposed to end users. However, if you've previously shared your real IP, users may already have it—in that case, you'd need to change your server IP and only share the proxy going forward.
