3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period
  • Add-on purchases (additional bandwidth, dedicated IPs)
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Customized or enterprise solutions
  • Services already fully consumed

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Due to price volatility, crypto payments are refunded at the USD value at the time of the original purchase
